Cryo Pur and its partners \u2013 SIAAP, SUEZ, GNVert (ENGIE group), IVECO and Thermo King \u2013 inaugurated the industrial demonstration plant BioGNVal on May 9th 2016, in the presence of: Mr Bela\u00efde Bedreddine (President of the SIAAP), Mr Jean-Louis Chaussade (SUEZ General Manager), Mr Jean-Louis Missika (Deputy Mayor of Paris) and Ms Chantal Jouanno (Vice-President of the Regional Council of \u00cele-de-France in charge of Ecology and Sustainable Development).<\/p>\n

The BioGNVAL project is unique: for the first time in France, vehicles are powered with liquefied biomethane, or bio-LNG, produced from waste water! This green fuel is a new energy source, which emits 80% less CO2, and no fine particles, compared with diesel.<\/p>\n
